メディア系RSSの効果とユーザー層の偏り。

メディアパブさん経由。

the RSS feeds of our news indices delivered 26.7 million click-throughs to the site, a 30% increase on the previous month.

前月比30%増とのこと。RSSの企業ユースは、やっぱりメディア系のサイトが先鞭つけるのかなぁ。

B2Cの最寄品を扱う企業のRSSの購読者数を見せてもらう機会があったが、配信開始後一気に伸びて、その後顕著な伸びは見せてなかった。

現時点でのRSSの購読者層を見ると、

* スポーツサイトを見にいく割合は非利用者層の3倍程度だが
* 大手新聞社のサイトを見にいく割合は4倍近くなる

という、よりニュースジャンキーな特徴もあるし（でもこれ、メディア企業のRSS配信が進んでいるからよりメディアサイトにいく、っていうニワトリタマゴじゃないんだろうか？？）、やっぱまだ層の偏りが顕著なんだろう。

これが一般層に普及するタイミングは、結局ツールの普及待ち感が大きいな。

FirefoxとかOperaとか代替ブラウザ使ってる人は当然RSSツールの導入率も高そうだな。クロスの集計なかったっけ？　うーん。

Tagwireはエントリーのキーワード部分だけを使用します。カテゴリーは本来の目的で利用できます。
